OSV offers two types of summer adventures for children ages 6-17...

(Formerly called Discovery and Exploration Camps.)
**Pre-registration is required for Discovery Adventure Programs & is separate from the price of admission**
Discovery Adventure kids:
Dress in 1830s clothing * Cook over an open hearth
Make vintage crafts * Take on the role of an 1800s Sturbridge resident
Help with farm chores * Play games * Learn to dance 1830s style
Interact with costumed historians * Make friends
Enjoy an afternoon snack
Exploration Adventure kids:
Enjoy two-day non-costumed sessions * Examine evidence of the past Explore clues * Play games *Re-create artifacts * Make friends * Engage in new and exciting adventure themes
Summer adventure programs are offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from late June through mid August.
Of special note: Please review your order and selected sessions carefully and prior to finalizing your order. Due to the popularity of our summer programs, changes after your order has been submitted may not be possible. In addition, if you would like your child to be placed in a group with a friend or family member, it is strongly encouraged that both children are registered at the same time. Sessions fill up quickly and we are not able to add additional spaces for friends and/or family members once sessions have sold out. A small fee will apply to those requesting change to original registrations.
